  Land Acknowledgement

The Parish of the Good Shepherd acknowledges that we are situated on land that has been the traditional land of the:

Petun, Haudenosaunee, Anishinabewaki, Mississauga and 

Wendake-Nionwentsio. 

This land is subject to the Lake Simcoe-Nottawasaga Treaty Number 18 of 1818. We are dedicated to honouring the history and culture of the Indigenous people who inhabited the land. We commit to working towards reconciliation and respect with all First Nations, Metis and Innuit people.
